Employee Safety is Number One

According to company policy, all employees for Shelley Machine & Marine must participate in the company’s Health and Safety Program. In that way we hope to foster a collaborative effort focused on creating a sustainable, safe, and healthy workplace. Unless every employee commits to our Health and Safety Program, we will not achieve those objectives.

The objectives of the Health and Safety Program have to do with matters of standard practice, policy, and safe work procedures. Through the program we hope to meet and even exceed the requirements of applicable legislation, regulation, codes, standards, and guidelines.
